This supplement is a collection of field work reports from West Africa FETP graduates and residents from seven West African francophone countries.
This supplement contains the findings from outbreaks, health events investigations and surveillance evaluations of diseases such as pertussis, rift valley fever, antimicrobial resistance, avian influenza, neonatal death, dengue fever, yellow fever, tuberculosis, measles and meningitis.
These findings will be important for improving surveillance systems, outbreak response and surveillance data management in West Africa and will serve as a learning tool for FETP programmes.
